Ingredients:
8 chicken pieces
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbs brown sugar
3 tbs red wine vinegar
3 tbs olive oil
5 shallots chopped
2 cloves of garlic sliced
fresh parsley
Season
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 300 degree
In a large baking dish, combine marinade and toss with chicken. Season well.
Place chicken pieces skin side up and roast for 30 minutes until it begins to brown.
Remove and put marinade on. Flip pieces and bake more 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
Garnish with lots of fresh parsley
Can serve with you favorite garnish.
